The Federal Government on Friday 28th March, 2026 introduced and launched the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Business Incubation Certification (EIBIC) programme, a game-changer for Nigeria’s tertiary education system. This compulsory programme will equip students in selected Universities with practical business skills, innovation strategies, and startup incubation, earning them an additional entrepreneurship certificate alongside their academic degree.
